The Windows app keeps its own database on your counter PC, so billing never waits for the internet. It syncs when the line is back – a light in the title bar shows it. If anything inside stops, Watchdog starts it again by itself and alerts our support team.
Make bills, take payments, check stock and update job sheets on the Android app – on the same books as the counter PC. Print from the phone to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi thermal printers.
Bills go straight to 2-inch (58 mm) and 3-inch (80 mm) ESC/POS printers – no print dialog. Choose from six slip styles, preview and test before you save, with a UPI QR on the bill. A4 and A5 bills in eight designs.
Every item gets its own barcode. Print price labels directly on TSC and TVS label printers, design custom labels, or print text-only labels for shelves, spare parts and tags.
Bills as PDF, payment receipts, job-sheet updates, payment reminders and staff salary slips go out from your own shop WhatsApp number – end-to-end encrypted like every WhatsApp message. Watchdog checks they are delivered.
Job sheets with device photos, technicians, status updates to the customer, warranty and returns, spare parts and the final bill – for mobile, computer and vehicle workshops.

Yes, on the Windows app. Bills, stock and printing work offline, and everything syncs when the internet comes back. The phone app and the web app need the internet.
Yes. The counter PC, phones and the browser all work on the same books – a bill made on the phone shows up on the counter. Your plan's device count covers PCs and phones in any mix.
Any ESC/POS thermal receipt printer, 2-inch (58 mm) or 3-inch (80 mm) – by USB on the Windows app, or Bluetooth and Wi-Fi from the phone. Regular printers for A4 and A5 bills, and TSC or TVS label printers for barcode labels.
You link your shop's own WhatsApp once by scanning a QR code, like WhatsApp Web. After that, bills, receipts, job updates and salary slips go to your customers and staff from your number, and Watchdog keeps an eye on delivery.
Your books are kept on our cloud server with an encrypted backup every night, and the Windows app also keeps a full copy on your counter PC.
Yes. GST invoices with HSN/SAC and tax reports are built in, and your bills can carry Malayalam text.
