Shipping and Delivery Policy

Sathi Vyapar is delivered digitally – here is what you receive, how and when.

1. What you receive

Sathi Vyapar is software-as-a-service. A purchase gives your business account access to the plan you bought, through:

• the cloud web application at app.myworksphere.in (also installable as a Progressive Web App);
• the Windows desktop application (.exe installer); and
• the Android application (.apk).

Nothing is sent by post or courier. Printers, scanners, computers and other hardware are not sold or shipped by us.

2. How it is delivered

• The plan is activated on your registered Sathi Vyapar account, identified by your shop and registered mobile number. You sign in with that number at app.myworksphere.in.
• The desktop and Android applications are downloaded from the Download section of this website, which always offers the latest version, or from the link we share with you.
• Updates to the desktop application are delivered automatically through the application itself.

3. When it is delivered

• Payments through an online payment gateway: on successful payment, the plan is activated and the software download links are available instantly – usually within minutes.
• Direct UPI or bank transfer: when you pay directly and share the UPI transaction / UTR number, the plan is activated as soon as we verify the payment – normally the same working day, and in any case within 24 working hours.

You can see your plan and its end date in the app on the Plans page. We may also confirm activation on WhatsApp.

4. If the plan does not appear

If your payment succeeded but the plan is not active within the times above, contact us with the shop name, registered mobile number and payment reference. We will activate it, or refund the amount, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Service area

Sathi Vyapar is offered to businesses in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
